About Our Sausages

We hand make our sausages in our butchers shop using pork from our own pigs and our specially blended quality herbs and spices. All of our sausages contain a minimum of 80% meat and are encased in quality natural skins.

• Aston Our best seller. A blend of white and black pepper with nutmeg and mace.
• Aston Chipolatas A smaller version of our best seller. Kids love these.
• Hertbeat Banger This sausage was judged by Noddy Holder (of 70's pop group Slade fame) to be the East of England Legendary Banger 2011. It contains red onion, marmalde and cracked black pepper.
• Boro Banger This sausage was judged runner up to our HERTBEAT BANGER and awarded a Legendary British Banger silver. It is named as a tribute to our local football team Stevenage Borough FC. It contains a mild blend of herbs and pepper.
• Farmhouse A herby sausage.
• Cumberland A herby sausage.
• Pork, Honey & Mustard We use local Hertfordshire honey and fine English mustard in this sausage.
• Slimming Sausage A very low carbohydrate, low fat, mildly herby sausage for those who want to loose weight but not compromise on flavour.
• Boerewors An authentic South African sausage

These are a selection of some of the sausages we make. We are always experimenting with different flavours and blends of herbs and spices so we often have new and exciting varieties for you to try.
